Todd Holcomb

Todd Lee Holcomb, 62, of Catawba, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Magruder Hospital. He was born November 26, 1962 in Toledo the son of Garrett and Linda (Siferd) Holcomb.

Todd was a graduate of Gibsonburg High School and went on to enlist in the United States Air Force. Upon his return from the military he worked as a Security Supervisor for Catawba Island Club, he was a graduate of the the Ohio Police Academy and went on to work for Catawba Island Police. Todd ultimately retired from Ford Motor Company in 2022 after 26 years of service.

A devoted Ohio State fan, Todd reveled in the thrill of football games and the excitement of NASCAR events. He could often be found cheering from the sidelines or racing through life with the same fervor he applied to restoring his cherished Mustang. He took great pride in his meticulously maintained lawn and inviting pool.

Todd was a true people person. He had a natural gift for connecting with others, and he thrived on the laughter and smiles that accompanied shared moments. His ability to build relationships made lasting friendships and every gathering a warm and memorable occasion.

Surviving is his wife, Mary Holcomb of Catawba; children Brandon Lee (Amy) Holcomb, Rockwall, TX; Cassandra Paige (Austin) Bramble of Monroe, NC; Emily Amber Holcomb of Port Clinton, OH; Ashley (Alex) Smith of Maumee, OH; parents Garrett and Linda Holcomb of Catawba, OH; grandchildren: Gatlin, Madison, Anderson, Remington. He was preceded in death by his brother Rob and grandparents.

Private graveside services will take place at West Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Catawba Island Fire Department, Resurrection Lutheran Church, Catawba Island or Ottawa County Humane Society. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hermanfh.com
