Sally A. Stoner

Sally A. Stoner, 78, of Fremont, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 28, 1945 in Fremont, the daughter of Norman I. and Avis M. (June) Wolf. On June 27, 1995 she married William E. Stoner in Las Vegas, NV.

She was a 1963 graduate of Ross High and went on to work for Prudential Life Insurance and Croghan Colonial Bank, retiring after 22 years in 2007.

Sally was an avid walker and a sun worshiper. Upon retirement she enjoyed wintering in Tampa South, Florida with her husband. She was a proud supporter of Fremont Ross Athletics and ensured that she was there for her grandchildren and great-granddaughter's events.

Surviving is her husband Bill of Fremont, daughter Kristy (Richard Jr.) Martin of Fremont; grandchildren: Connor and Bailey Martin; great-granddaughter Averie Trevino; sister Sue Wolf of Fremont; sister-in-law Joan Crilly Stoner of Tiffin; nieces Linda (Pete) Auger and Michelle (Chris) Tschanen; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers: Richard Wolf, Lee Wolf, Jim Wolf, and Bill Wolf.

Sally will be remembered for her infectious laugh, beautiful smile, and piercing blue eyes.  She never met a stranger!!
