Randal Earl Smith

Randal Earl Smith, 65, of Woodville died on Monday, September 5, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born on January 8, 1957 in Fremont to the late Keith and Marilyn (Arndt) Smith. Randal was a 1975 Gibsonburg High School graduate.

For many years he worked for Mosser Construction where he was a skilled Carpenter. Randal liked to spend his free time hunting, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.

Surviving are his children, William (Marianne) Smith of Carthage, NC, Brady (Alli) Smith of Elbert, CO and Heather Abbey of Fremont; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and siblings, Amy (Kurt) Davis of Gibsonburg, Ted (Deb) Smith of Gibsonburg, Mike (Connie) Smith of Fremont, Craig Smith, Brian Smith and Matt Spitnale.

In honoring his wishes, there will be a celebration of his life on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Gibsonburg American Legion, 300 South Main St., Gibsonburg, OH 43431 from 3-6pm.
Memorials in honor of Randal may be made to the Gibsonburg Athletic Department.
