fPhyllis A. Estep, 86, of Gibsonburg, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Riverview Health Care Campus in Oak Harbor, OH. She was born August 28, 1934 in Gibsonburg, the daughter of Clifford and Florence (Ory) Weber.
On May 8, 1954, she married Agie Estep in Gibsonburg. Phyllis was housewife and a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was an involved grandmother who enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and bicycling and swimming with them. Bingo, music, and dancing also brought her great joy.
Surviving are children Gary (Danielle) of Hillman, MI, Brenda Zavaleta of Franklin, NC and Carol (Robert) Gibson of Oak Harbor; 9 grandchildren, 11great grandchildren and 1 great- great -grandson; brother Willis (Carney) Weber, sister Janice Black, sister-in-law Minnie Weber. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Dennis Weber, grandson Ian Zavaleta and son-in-law Americo Zavaleta.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 2-4 and 5-7P.M. at Herman-Veh Funeral Home, 319 W. Madison Street, Gibsonburg, OH, Masks will be required for entry and social distancing guidelines will be in place for all services. Private funeral services will begin at 10:00A.M. on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the funeral home, funeral and graveside services will be livestreamed on www.hermanfh.com under the webcasting tab. Pastor Philip Scherr will officiate. Burial will follow at West Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
