Patricia Gahn

Patricia (Patsy) Eloise Gahn, 77, of Fremont, passed away on August 11, 2024 at Elmwood Nursing Home in Fremont. She was born on January 17, 1947 to Harold and Jeanne (Gilpin) Tucker in Fremont, Ohio. She married Martin Gahn on March 30, 1983. Patsy graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1965 and graduated Cum Laude from Tiffin University in 1998 with a degree in Business Management. She was employed for more than 28 years at Food Town and was a Deli-Bakery Manager until she retired.

Patsy was a lifelong member of Grace Community Church. She was artistic and loved cooking, decorating, painting and flower arranging. She most enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters, whom she was very proud of.

Left to cherish her memory are; children; Beth Meeks, Robert (Christine) Gross, granddaughters Emma and Sara Gross, siblings; Janet Rich and David (Amy) Tucker as well as 8 nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Visitation will take place from 9:30A.M. -11:00A.M. on Saturday, August 17, 2024 with a memorial service beginning at 11:00A.M. at Grace Community Church, 900 Smith Road, Fremont, Ohio, 43420. Pastor Forrest Kirchenbauer will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church.
