Mary Beth Fulwider, 81, of Fremont, passed away May 3, 2023. She was born on January 5, 1942, in Toledo, to John and Rosemarie (Kenney) Haynes. Mary Beth graduated from Central Catholic in Toledo. After earning her nursing degree from Mercy School of Nursing, she worked for many years as an RN at Memorial Hospital in Fremont.

On September 19, 1964, she married Dale Fulwider in Toledo, and he preceded her in death on January 9, 2022.

Mary Beth was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fremont. In her free time, she loved being with her children and grandchildren, and they have fond memories of spending time at the lake going boating and camping as a family. She also loved working in her garden and tending to her flowers.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Didi (Mike) Chamberlain of Fremont, David (Kirsten Trammel) Fulwider of Port Clinton, daughter-in-law, Lisa Blechinger-Celek (Mike Celek) of Fremont, grandchildren: Justine Frankart, Shelbi Jump, Lauren Fulwider, Alex Chamberlain, Brigette Durbin, Eric Fulwider; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, James (Marie) Haynes of Eloy, AZ, Rosemarie (Tom) LaJune of Benton, AZ. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Dale “DJ” Fulwider; siblings, Carolyn (Jim) Haggerty, Sue (Bill) Hammer, Jack Haynes, Lawrence Haynes.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the beginning of funeral services at 12:00 PM at Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, 900 North Street, Fremont, OH, 43420. Deacon Mel Shell will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
