Judith Witt

Woodville-Judith A. Witt, 80, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2019 at the Windsor Lane Care Center, Gibsonburg.

Born on Mar. 3, 1938 in Fremont, she was a daughter of Clarence and Betty (Fackler) Topel.  Judith graduated from Woodville High School in 1956.  On June 24, 1957, Judith married Donald G. Witt in Angola, IN. 

She was a wonderful housewife from mowing the lawn to tending the kids. She volunteered at the Bloodmobile for over 20 years, and will be remembered as the Peking Restaurant Greeter, Fremont. Judith was loved by all who knew her and didn’t have any enemies. She would do anything for anyone. She will be sadly missed.

In addition to her husband, Donald, she is survived by their two sons, Michael of Elmore and Scott (Cali) of Gibsonburg; 3 grandchildren; and a great granddaughter.  Judith’s sister, Pat Schmidt of Fremont also survives.

Friends and family are asked to come as they are to the Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Gibsonburg on Fri., Feb. 8, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home Sat. 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Westwood Cemetery, Woodville.

Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice, Fremont, Windsor Lane or Northwest Ohio Chapter - Alzheimer's Association.
