Journey Utopya "Baby Girls" Trautsch

Journey Utopya "Baby Girls" Trautsch, 16, of Gibsonburg, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, in an instant, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born on February 2, 2005 in Fremont to her loving parents, Chris and Lisa (Aldrich) Trautsch.

Journey was about to attend her Jr. year at Gibsonburg High School. She was quiet, but had an inner beauty that was undeniable. She enjoyed escaping into a good book, all things paranormal and was a huge fan of the music group, BTS.

Left to cherish Journey's memory are parents, Chris & Lisa Trautsch of Gibsonburg; siblings, Mary Trautsch of Fremont, Erica (Ron Williams) Trautsch of Green Springs, Treasure Trautsch of Gibsonburg, Bella Trautsch of Gibsonburg, Piper Trautsch of Gibsonburg, Yahna Brown of Fremont, and Travis Harmon of Helena; nieces & nephew, Lyla, Tyvon, Nevaeh, and Clair; grandparents, Jon & Lin Bauer; aunts & uncles, Randy (Tina) Aldrich of Helena, Danny Aldrich of Helena, Eric Aldrich of North Carolina, Andy (Lee) Trautsch of Gibsonburg, Kevin Trautsch of Gibsonburg, Bruce (Michelle) Trautsch of Fremont, and Ginger Trautsch of Bradner; several cousins including, Cortney, Dina, and Brittney Trautsch; and her little kitten, Dexter.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ben & Mary Aldrich and Henry "Opa" Trautsch; and uncle, Alan "Gonzo" Aldrich.

Visitation for Journey will be held at the Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, September 4, 2021 beginning at noon with an hour of visiting prior services. Pastor Matthew Zuehlke will officiate.
