Don Johnston Jr.

Don Johnston Jr., 57, of Gibsonburg, passed away at home on April 25, 2022. He was born in Fremont on August 4,1964, to Donald Johnston Sr., and Sandra (Walp) Johnston. Don attended Woodmore High School and worked for Chipmatic Inc. until his retirement in 2021. He married Kim (Lewandowski) Johnston in 1987 and she survives. Don loved the outdoors and often enjoyed fishing, hunting and building models. He loved going to the races as well as shopping and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jamie Johnston of Gibsonburg, Joshua Johnston of Gibsonburg, Jessica (Nate) Pelton of Findlay, adopted daughter, Megan Kays Krotzer of Gibsonburg; grandchildren, Halie Johnston, Addilyn Pelton, Paisley Galvan, Amaya Pelton, Christian Pelton;  adopted grandchild, Kia Crawford; sister, Wendy Hites of Bettsville. He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no services held for Don at this time.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to his family c/o his daughter, Jamie Johnston.
