Christopher J. Sanchez

Christopher J. Sanchez, 39 of Fremont passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022. He was born on December 9, 1982 to Joe & Julia (Sepeda) Sanchez.

A Fremont Ross graduate, Christopher went on to study at Terra State Community College, and served his country in the United States Air Force. He most recently worked for the Whirlpool Corp.

Christopher enjoyed playing football and spending time with his family. He was also a member of Victory Church in Fremont. Those who love him will remember Christopher as a light in their life who always made those around him smile.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Maliah Sanchez and Christopher Sanchez Jr.; mother, Julia; grandmother, Angelita Sepeda; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Sanchez; brother, Ramiro "Ronnie" Sanchez; grandfather, Juan C. Sepeda; grandparents, Juan Rosas Ramiro and Maria Dolores "Lola" (Zuniga) Sanchez; and uncles, Jesse Sepeda, Raul Sepeda, and William Wheeler.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 30 at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, Fremont from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Victory Church on Saturday, October 1 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Bryan Scott will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Clyde.

Memorial donations in Christopher's name may be made to his family, in care of his mother, Julia Sanchez.
