Robert R. Butler

Robert R. Butler, 83, of Fremont died Monday afternoon at home. He was born in Gibsonburg to John J. and Beatrice (O'Neil) Butler. He graduated from Gibsonburg High School. On Dec. 29, 1945 he married Alma Jean Paule in Oak Harbor and she survives. Also surviving are daughter, Debra (Ronald) Clark of Tiffin, grandson, Eric Clark of Huber Heights; sister, Irene Holcombe and brother Howard Butler. He is preceded by his parents, grandson, Aaron Clark and sister Charlotte Fry. Visitation was held at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services were held on Thursday at the funeral home and burial was at Union Cemetery in Oak Harbor.
