Lucy M. Elwing-Debien

Lucy Elwing-Debien, 84, of Fremont, died on Sunday morning, July 10 at Countryside Continuing Care Center, Fremont. She was born on February 20, 1921 in Oak Harbor to Lawrence and Ida (Overmyer) Hillman. Lucy married Louis Debien and he died in August 1973, and later Daniel Elwing and he died in September 1979. She was a loving wife and homemaker. Surviving are daughters, Marsha (Lyle) Dyer of Las Vegas, NV, Louise (Wilbert) Henry, Fremont, stepchildren, Dennis Elwing and Carol Firmark, both of Oak Harbor, 8 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, both husbands, brothers, Vernon and Vernell Hillman.
