Fred H. Fisher, 92 of Fremont, died Saturday morning at Countryside Continuing Care Center, Fremont. He was born on May 24, 1913 in Helena to Webb & Charlotte (Qshewinn) Fisher. Fred attended Gibsonburg High School, and on February 14, 1942 he married Martha Nagy in Toledo. After 63 years of marriage Martha survives in Fremont. Fred was a farmer up until 1965 and started working as a State Highway employee retiring in 1982. He enjoyed playing pinnacle and euchre and also enjoyed spending time working in his yard. Surviving Fred are children; Wayne (Marilyn) Fisher of Guyton, GA, Carl (JoAnn) Fisher of Fremont and Clara (Dale) Kistler of Green Springs, he is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Fred was preceded in death by siblings; Ruth, Mary, Jim and John. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 from 2-4 PM & 7-8:30 PM at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at the funeral home at 10:30 AM with Daisy Brecheisen officiating. Burial will follow at West Union Cemetery, Gibsonburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Memorial Hospital.
