Raymond D. Fisher

Raymond D. "Ray" Fisher, 84 of Fremont passed way Thursday morning at Bethesda Care Center. He was born in Fremont to the now-deceased Fred and Edna (Logan) Fisher. Raymond was a 1937 graduate of Ross High School and lived his entire life in Fremont. He married Ethel Mae Weible on June 3, 1940, at Grace Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, daughters, Faye (Cliff) Rawson, Linda Elder, and Cindie (Mark) Cole; grandchildren, Rick Rawson, Tammy (Steve) Fisher, Pamela (Mike) Rubio, Cathy (Tim) Polyak, Brian (Diane Blasing) Elder, Jake (Felecia Ballenger) Cole, Luke (Nikki Henry) Cole; great-grandchildren, Cody & Stephanie Fisher, Kelsey, Paige and Logan Polyak, Alexander Rubio, Julia Ballenger; sister, Mary Lou LaFountaine; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services were held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial was at Four Mile House Cemetery.
