Fremont resident, David Allan Futch, 74, died Saturday evening, August 7 at the Specialty Hospital of Lorain in Amherst, Ohio.
Born in Lorain, Ohio on September 19, 1935, he was a son of the now deceased Clyde and Mary (Pilarsh) Futch. David was member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fremont and was a very avid fisherman. He worked as a crusher for Gottrons Quarry, retiring in 2000. Soon after, he began assembling parts at Sandco Industries.
David is survived by his sister Pat (Richard) DeMars of Fremont; nieces Liz (William Batesole) DeMars, Mimi (Andrew Willow) DeMars, Julie (Greg) Storer and DeAnna DeMars; and great nephew Jarred Storer.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions in David's name may be made to the Jenal Terrace, 315 Bidwell Ave, Fremont.
