Mark L. Garner

Mark L. Garner, 21 of Gibsonburg, died Monday evening as a result of an auto accident that occurred just outside of Gibsonburg. He was born in Oregon to Mark W. and Kathy L. (Ottney) Garner and they survive in Gibsonburg. Mark graduated from Gibsonburg High School in 2000. He is survived by his parents, sister Kimberly (Jason) White of Port Clinton, brother, Kevin (Raquel) Garner of Oak Harbor and sister, Rachel Garner of Gibsonburg; maternal grandparents, Lawrence Ottney and Virginia "Dee" Ottney, both of Gibsonburg; paternal grandparents, Wayne E. and Katherine Garner of Bradner; special friend, Angela Picciuto; nephews, Clayton White and Kevin Garner Jr.; niece, Madison White; and several aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by brother Justin Ottney. Visitation was on Wednesday, Feb. 4 and Thursday, Feb. 5 at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Gibsonburg. Service was held on Friday at the funeral home. Burial was at West Union Cemetery.
