Marsha R. Gressman, 59 formerly of Burgoon, died Tuesday night at Fremont Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 26, 1947 in Fremont to the now deceased Ralph Bud and Rosemary M. (Meyer) Velliquette. Marsha was a 1967 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed Bingo, going to the fair, writing cards and Sprint Car Racing. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, chairman of the Women of the Moose #624, chairman of Women of the Eagles and a member of the Womens Auxiliary of the VFW.
Surviving are children, Kevin Gressman of Burgoon, Nicole Cochran of Fremont, Stephanie Gressman of Fremont and Tammie (Bryon) Hill of Helena; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Barb (Dave) Vanfleet of Bellevue, Jim (Annie) Velliquette of Florida, Doug (Barb) Velliquette of Tennessee, Roger (Linda) Velliquette of Catawba Island and Randy (Jean) Velliquette of Fremont. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Diane Velliquette and an infant brother, Ronald.
Visitation will be held on Friday at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fremont from 1-3 & 6-8 p.m. with services by the Ladies of the Moose at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be on Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the services at church. Rev. William McConnell will officiate. Burial will follow at Union Harris Cemetery in Elmore.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
