Brenda S. Heminger

Brenda S. Heminger, 43, of Helena passed away Monday after a year's battle with breast cancer. Brenda grew up in Kansas, Ohio and was a 1979 graduate of Lakota High School. Brenda's loving family consists of her husband, Rob, of 23 years; sons, Shane A. Heminger and Dakota A. Heminger of Helena; parents, Ray and Kay Haubert of Kansas; and brothers, Mitch (Deb) Haubert of Alabama and Ray (Jean) Haubert of Kansas. She worked 22 years at Exel Logistics in Fostoria and was currently employed by Martin Marietta in Woodville. Brenda was a member of the Kansas United Methodist Church. She was very active in her sons' lives with sports and other activities. Brenda was also a devoted mother and wife. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Gibsonburg. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Ivan Schwenn officiating. Burial: Kansas Cemetery Memorials: In lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society.
