Eric T. Horn

Eric T. Bud Horn, 20, of Fremont, died unexpectedly Tuesday evening in Cancun Mexico. He was born on November 9, 1984 to Gary and Judy (Hunt) Horn in Fremont. They survive in Fremont. Eric was attending University of Cincinnati in his 2nd year of Pre-Business and was a 2003 graduate of Ross High School. He was a member the Vineyard Church. Eric loved swimming and was a past member of the Ross Swim Team.

Also surviving are sisters Laura Ann Horn (Justin Rapp), Fremont and Sarah Lynn Horn (Scott Headlee), Cincinnati, grandparents Jerry F. & Barbara A. Hunt, grandmother Eileen Horn all of Fremont and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding him in death is his grandfather Edward Horn.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 28, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fremont. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 29th, 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Rick Provard officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Erics memory to the Kidney Foundation.
