Betty J Kauffman

Betty J. Kauffman, 62, of Fremont, died on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Fremont Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. She was born on March 27, 1948 to Louis and Betty Lou (Long) Litwiler in Fremont. Betty was a 1965 graduate of Gibsonburg High School. In 1976 she married Dwight Kauffman in Gibsonburg and he survives. She was a homemaker and loving mother & grandmother. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family, taking care of her pets, working crossword puzzles and Suduko puzzles.

Also surviving are children, Rick (Della) Billow of Helena, Vicky (Scott) McKee of Toledo, Kimberly Litwiler of Fremont, Andrew (Anjuli) Kauffman of Fremont and Bobby (Kim) Litwiler of Ft. Worth, TX; siblings, Robert Litwiler of Sandusky, Mary Ellen Link of Fremont and Harold Chase of Gibsonburg. Twelve grandchildren also survive. She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Lou (Long) Frazier, father, Louis Litwiler and brother in law, Thomas Link.
