Dennis Lee Nowak

Dennis Lee Nowak, 66 of Oak Harbor died Saturday February 12, 2005 at home. He was born on September 8, 1938 in Harris Twp., Ottawa Co. to Harmon P. & Margaret M. (Ahrendt) Nowak. Dennis graduated from Oak Harbor High School and attended Toledo Barber College. He was the owner and operator of his own business Nowaks Barber Shop in Elmore from 1960-1995 until the onset of his illness. Dennis was a previous member of St. Johns United Church of Christ, Elmore, and the Henry Ford Heritage Association. He is survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Harris Elmore Union Cemetery, Elmore with Ken Leist officiating. Memorials may be made to the donors choice. Arrangements are being handled by the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Gibsonburg.
