LaFayette I. Oldham

LaFayette I. Oldham, 95, of Fremont died Sunday afternoon at Parkview Care Center. He Was born in Clark County, WI to William and Emma (Boll) Oldham. He married Ruth "Bety" Burkett on Nov. 22, 1945 in Fremont and she survives. LaFayette was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. Also surviving are daughters, Caroline Clink and Julia Schwert; son Larry; brother, Ray; seven grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren; one great-grandchild and seven step-great-grandchildren and one step-gret-great grandchild. He is preceded by his parents, brothers Charles, Joe and Bill Oldham and sisters, Daisy Rodman and Genevieve Kalsow. Visitation was held on Tuesday at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Services were held on Wednesday at the funeral home and burial was at Metzgar Cemetery.
