Earl D. Rafferty

Earl D. Rafferty, 89, of Fremont, died Friday afternoon at The Toledo Hospital. He was born to James W. and Martha (Waitman) Rafferty in Sandusky County. On February 11, 1939, he married Edna May Matson and she died September 4, 1999. Surviving is a son, Errol (Blanche) Rafferty of Broadview Heights and a daughter, Mary Lynne Moyers of Fremont; half brother, Dwight Waitman of Arlington Wash.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is preceded by his parents, wife, two sisters, Esther Posey and Iv Swartzlander, one brother, Walter Rafferty and one stepbrother, Von Waitman. Visitation was held on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004 at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services were held on Wednesday at Faith Lutheran Church. Burial was at Four Mile House Cemetery.
