Tuesday evening the Lord took Janet L. Reeves from this world to be with her family. She was born on September 1, 1932 in Fremont. Janets parents were Milton and Dorothy (Scherer) Clark. She was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and attended Terra Community College. Janet was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship, a member, mentor and board member of Women of Grace Ministries. She was a world traveler, visiting the Mediteranean, Italy, Napal, India, Pakistan, Afganistan, England, Mexico and 28 of the Caribean Islands. On January 9, 1989 she married William Bill Reeves in Woodville and he survives in Fremont. Janet worked at American National Can, retiring in 2000. She also worked part time in the office of Wendt-Key Team Realty.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are children, Robert LeSavage of Sandusky, Joseph Bates of San Jose, CA, Jeffery (Vanessa) Bates of NY, Suzy (Mark) Guess of Carmel, IN and Spencer (Sue) Reeves of Sylvania; sixteen grandchildren; best friend/sister, Peggi Miller of Fremont; Gods Angel, Jody Cosentino. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, James Thomas LeSavage on 2/19/10 and brother, James Clark.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Victory Christian Fellowship with Pastor Scott Robles officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. at the church. Entombment will be at Toledo Memorial Park.
