John F. Reinbolt, Sr., age 64, of Helena died early Sunday morning, October 22, at the St. Francis Home in Tiffin after a lengthy battle with cancer. John was born in Tinny, OH on October 26, 1941 to the now deceased Francis Bill W. and Clara A. (Kauffman) Reinbolt. A 1960 graduate of Gibsonburg High School, he married Luella Stotz at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Fremont on April 8, 1961. Luella survives. John worked as a skilled tradesman for the Diamler-Chrysler Corporation until his retirement in 1980. He also worked as a farmer, helping his father on the family farm. John was a member of the St. Marys Catholic Church in Millersville and the Toledo Machining UAW Union and former Helena Volunteer Fireman. He enjoyed watching sports, gardening and camping. In addition to his wife, Luella, John is survived by children John (Kay) Jr. of Bradner, Patricia Kreilick of Fremont and David (Holly) of Fostoria, sister Alvina (Robert) Hill of Springfield, OH, grandchildren Tim (Carrie) and Ken (Heather) Kreilick, Brian, Laura, Amber, Brad and Samantha Reinbolt and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 25,10:30 a.m., at the St. Marys Catholic Church in Millersville. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Gibsonburg where vigil services will be that evening. Burial will be at St. Marys Cemetery, Millersville. Memorial contributions in Johns name may be made to the St. Francis Home in Tiffin or to the donors choice.
