Marcella R. Reino

Marcella R. Reino, 92, formerly of Gibsonburg, died Wednesday afternoon at her Scottsdale, AZ residence. She was born in Millersville to Frank A. and Rosa A. (Nieset) Walby. Her husband, Anthony Reino whom she married May 4, 1935, at St. Mary's Church in Millersville, died Oct. 26, 1976. Marcella graduated from St. Joseph Catholic High School in 1930 and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Gibsonburg. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing the organ and piano. Surviving are daughters, Marilyn (Robert) Bowser, Patricia (Ernest) Bobel, and Rosemary (David) Hofelich of Scottsdale, AZ and Luann Sarnes of Holland, OH; sons, James (Sherry) Reino of Gibsonburg and Robert (Patricia) Reino of Northwood; sister, Freda Haubert of Gibsonburg; 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, sisters, Clara Notheis, Julia Notheis, Hilda Lepley, Ursula Walby, Lola Greene and Lucy Neeb; brothers, Lawrence and William Walby and three granddaughters. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Monday at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Gibsonburg. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Fr. Ted Miller officiating. Burial: St. Lawrence Cemetery. Memorials: St. Michael's Catholic Church, Gibsonburg or donor's choice.
