William John Reynolds

January 10, 1931 — August 8, 2006

William John Reynolds, 75 of South Orange, NJ, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon in Fremont, OH. He was born on January 10, 1931 in South Orange, NJ to the now deceased John and Marie (Weiler) Reynolds. William was a graduate of Columbia High School in South Orange, NJ and Fairleigh Dickenson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He was a Navy veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. Bill is survived by his wife, Jean Lull Reynolds, whom he married on February 17, 1973. William was a Biologist and Assistant Director at South Mountain Laboratories in South Orange, NJ. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in South Orange, NJ, the Alpine Ski Club and Sierra Club. Surviving are his in-laws, Mary Carlton Lull of Berkeley, CA, Kathleen and Paul Seaton of Wayne, PA, and Patricia Lull of St. Paul, Minnesota; Nieces & Nephews, Christopher and Peter Lull both of Berkeley, CA, Erin Seaton and Steve Lorenz of West Newbury, MA, Daniel Seaton of Portsmouth, NH, Kara Seaton of Hershey, PA, Timothy and Andrew Seaton of Wayne, PA; 2 Great Nephews, Taylor Cole Peek Lull of Berkeley, CA and David Seaton of West Newbury, MA. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother- in-law, Timothy F. Lull. Visitation will be Thursday evening 7-9 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 900 North St., Fremont, OH. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 550 Smith Rd., Fremont, OH, on Friday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. William Pifher officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Heifer International (www.Heifer.org) or the Alice Waters Edible Garden of Berkeley, CA.

We remember Bill Reynolds for his love for fine food, good company, opera and ballet, and deep concern for the well being of all people and the whole creation.
