Dolores A. Schade

Dolores A. Schade, 87, of Helena died early Wednesday morning, 2/16/05, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. She was born on January 17, 1918 in Millersville, OH to John P. and Mary E. (Daly) Dudley. She graduated from Jackson-Burgoon High School in 1935. On August 22, 1939 she married Ralph Schade and he died in January 2004. Dolores was co-founder and owner of Helena Lumber, a loving mother and homemaker. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Gibsonburg, and the Altar Rosary Society of St. Michaels. Dolores loved to spend time with her family.

Surviving Dolores are children, Ed (Sharon) Schade, Helena, Jim (Carol) Schade, Gibsonburg, Joan (Stan) Jones, Helena, Don (Marcia) Schade, Dayton, 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sister Jean Gonya, Millersville, brothers John (Jean) Dudley, Frankfort, IL, Alfred (Lois) Dudley, Naples, FL and sister Mary (Dave) Gabel, Fremont.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, granddaughter, Deborah Sue Jones (1969), siblings Harold Dudley, Edna Schade, William Bill Dudley and Richard Dudley. .

Visitation will be Friday, February 18th from 4-8 p.m. with a Wake Service in the evening at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Gibsonburg.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michaels Catholic Church on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Ted Miller officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Fremont.
