Johnny Earl Sidney, Sr.

Johnny Earl Sidney Sr., 52, of S. Front St. died Sunday at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Port Clinton to James Jr. and Agnes (Johnson) Sidney and attended Ross High School. Mr. Sidney worked as a truck driver for U.S. Express until his death. He is survived by his mother, Agnes Sidney Blake of Fremont; children, Johnny E. Sidney Jr. and Marchandt A. Sidney, both of Tampa, FL, Cherise M. and Santandra A. Sidney, both of Fremont, all children of Deborah Smith of Tampa, FL, Erika Sidney, daughter of Belva Montanye of Jacksonville, FL and 13 grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters Beatrice (John) Faye Cantrell of Mansfield, Betty L. Robinson and Sandra Sidney both of Port Clinton, Lois Sidney of Toledo and Gloria Taylor of Fremont; brothers, James Sidney III and Larry D. Blake both of cleveland and Troy Sidney of Fremont. His father is deceased.
