Jerry Alan Stahl, 68, of Fremont, died Tuesday morning at his residence. He was born on March 10, 1938 to the now deceased Warren Sigmund and Muriel (Blue) Stahl in Cleveland, Ohio. Jerry was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School, class of 1956, the Ohio University/Kemper Military School in 1959 with an Associate Arts Degree. On November 20, 1976, he married Constance Brust Driscoll in Port Clinton and she survives. Jerry was a banker and financial adviser at the Fremont Federal Savings & Loan. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Elks, Power Squadron, the Moose, Eagles, Masonic Lodge, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Fremont Shrine Club, Zenobia Shrine Temple. He was president of the Lions Club in 1971 and served as Commodore of the Port Clinton Yacht Club in 2001.
Surviving are children, Alan Stahl of Columbus, Mollie Driscoll (Jonathan Simon, PhD) of Castro Valley, CA, Heather (Michael Lowe, MD) Driscoll-Lowe; three grandchildren, Oliver, Gabriel and Ellie Driscoll-Lowe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 23 at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with a Masonic service at 8:30 p.m. by the Brainard Lodge #336. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
