Reynaldo Ray Uballe, Sr., 66, McKinley St., Fremont, died Wednesday August 20, 2008 at 7:45 a.m. at his home. He was born August 19, 1942 in Brownsville, TX to Natividad and Juanita (Anez) Uballe. He dated Virginia Garcia and they had two sons. He married Maria Flores July 1964 and they divorced December 1978. They had a son and daughter. Reynaldo spent remaining 31 years with a lifelong companion, Roberta (Bea) Ickes of Fremont. Surviving is companion Roberta Ickes of Fremont; mother, Juanita Anez of Harlingen, TX; sons, Ray Uballe, Jr. of Holland, Rene Uballe of Comfort, TX, Reynaldo Uballe, Jr. of Fostoria; daughter, Mrs. Charles Belinda King of Findlay; brothers, David Uballe. Ernesto Puga of Joliet, IL; sisters, Eloisa Salazar of Wimouma, FL, Mrs. Juan Naomi Castaneda of Harlingen, TX, Antonia Uballe of Joliet, IL, Mrs. Basilo Gloria Sanchez of Harlingen, TX, Herlinda Uballe of Joliet, IL; 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Natividad Uballe, brother, Santiago Uballe, sister, Janie Uballe and grandson, Rudy Valanto Uballe.

Reynaldo was retired. He loved fishing, golfing, and visits from family and friends.

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 23rd from 9 - 11 a.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Extejt officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

The family would like to also thank Mr. & Mrs. Danny Ickes, Sharon Slane and his hospice nurses for all that they have done.
