Mary Ann Williamson

Gibsonburg resident, Mary Ann Williamson, 76, formerly of St. Joseph, MI, died Tuesday morning, February 15, 2011, at the Bethesda Care Center in Fremont.

Born in Fremont on September 28, 1934, she was a daughter of the now deceased Robert and Rosemary (Darr) Miles. Mary Ann graduated from St. Joseph Central Catholic High School in Fremont and on April 24, 1954 she married Charles Williamson in Fremont. Her husband survives in Gibsonburg.

Mary Ann worked at home caring for her family and was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Gibsonburg.

Also surviving are her children Chris (Tom) Snyder of Clyde, Mike (Laurie) Williamson of Bellevue, Tim (Kathy) Williamson of Granger, IN, and Diane (Jeff) Jones and Jim Williamson all of St. Joseph, MI; 11 grandchildren; and sister Margaret Frey of Fremont.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 18, 10:30 a.m., at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Gibsonburg where visitation will be Thursday 3-8 p.m. and on Friday for one hour before the service. Fr. Ted Miller will officiate the services. Burial will follow at West Union Cemetery, Gibsonburg.
