Nancy B. Huff, 76, of Gibsonburg died Sunday morning, December 25, 2011 at the Countryside Continuing Care Center in Fremont. Born in Gibsonburg on August 3, 1935, she was a daughter of the now deceased Albert and Elethia (Cunningham) Weigman. She graduated from the Gibsonburg High School in 1954 and married Otto Huff on January 29, 1955. He died February 22, 2000. Nancy was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church and was a loving wife and mother. Together they raised seven surviving children: Mary Jo (Michael) Bauer of Fremont, Barb Williamson and Marsha (Randy) Sponseller all of Gibsonburg, Bernard (Kathy) Huff of Dayton, TX, Richard (Kim) Huff of Gibsonburg, Timothy (Diane) Huff of Stafford, VA and Cathy (James) Reno of Gibsonburg. She cherished her fifteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings Albert (Susie) Weigman of Fremont, twin brother Ned (Fran) Weigman, Stan (Juanita) Weigman and sister-in-law Noreta Weigman of Gibsonburg. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings Janet Ferguson, Bonnie McCoy, Betty Jaisler, Vanda Lauer and Ronald Weigman. Friends and family will be received on Friday, December 30, 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Gibsonburg. A funeral service of remembrance will be conducted privately later. Burial will be at West Union Cemetery, Gibsonburg. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church or Hospice of Memorial Hospital.
