Linda Perkins

Linda M. Perkins, 56, of Fremont, died on Sunday, April 8, 2012 at her home. She was born on November 25, 1955 in Fremont to Carlton and Garland (Swartzmiller) Neeb. Linda was a 1974 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. On April 9, 1976 she married Danny Perkins and he survives. Linda was a laborer at Greenbay Packaging for 36 years, and retired on December 31, 2010. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and raising chickens. Linda was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Also surviving are her daughters, Lyn Bassett of Fremont and Luann (Eli Fausey) Perkins of Helena; grandchildren, Madison and Macie Bassett; siblings, LaMar (Barb) Neeb of Fremont, Elaine (Al) Reiter of Helena and Sharon (Dave) Bruce of Gibsonburg. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services will be on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Ted Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Linda's memory.
