Donna J. Follman 56, of Port Clinton passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky. She was born on November 23, 1955 in Fremont to Donald & Jean (Johnson) Overmyer. Donna graduated from Fremont Ross High School. On May 24, 1974 in Lindsey, OH she married Robert "Bob" Follman and he survives. Donna owned and operated Hershey Flowers for 15 years and also worked for Barnes' Nursery in Port Clinton. Donna was very active at Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsey. She was a past member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Fremont Exchange Club. Donna chaired the Relay for Life "Friends of Hope" team for four years. Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, Elizabeth "Libby" Follman and Leslie (Matthew) Pollard both of Oak Harbor; grandson, Ethan Pollard of Oak Harbor; mother, Jean Overmyer of Fremont and brother, Ted Overmyer also of Fremont. She is preceded in death by her father and sister-in-law, Vicky Overmyer. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsey beginning 11 a.m. There will be one hour of visitation held at the church prior to services. Rev. Robert Metheny will officiate. Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Stein Hospice or to Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsey.
