Jeri Sharp, 69 of Fremont, died early Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at her home. She was born on August 22, 1943 to Kenneth and Helen (Bass) Welch in Port Clinton, OH. Jeri attended Port Clinton High School and enjoyed studying Art. She was a waitress for various places in the area. Jeri enjoyed painting, drawing, Bingo and Meat Bingo. She was a member of the Fremont Eagles. Jeri played in a Euchre League at the club. Surviving are her children: Eugene Couture of Mobile, AL, Jacqueline (Russ) Below of Lima, Candice Rodriguez, Andrea (Manny) Gutierrez and John (Dana) Rodriguez II all of Fremont; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; siblings: Jan (Ric) Heyman of Swanton, Brooks Cunningham of Wixon, MI, Penny Lanning of Fremont, Maxwell Cunningham of Garden City, MI, James Thrun, Nellie Blodget both of Fremont, Amy (Mike) Jamison of Phoenix, AZ, Jason Welch and Marie Welch of Chandler, AZ. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Kenneth Welch Jr., David Welch and Karen Welch. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. At seven o'clock the family and friends will begin sharing memories. Memorial donations in Jeri's name may be made to the family.
