Helena resident, Grace Schoenfeld, 78 died on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born in Gibsonburg on January 21, 1934 to the now deceased Diego and Rose (Pantellio) Angelone. She graduated from Gibsonburg High School and married Richard Schoenfeld on November 20, 1954 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Gibsonburg. Grace was a homemaker but formerly worked outside the home for Sears and Atlas. She was a devoted member of St. Michael' Catholic Church and a former member of the Gibsonburg Volunteer Fire Department, Ladies' Auxiliary. Not having children of her own, she was lovingly referred to as "Omie" and "Weezie" to her extended family of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Grace enjoyed social gathering, being vocal and attending sporting events, especially the Gibsonburg High School Golden Bear games. Surviving are her siblings Frank (Gloria) Angelone of Gibsonburg, Richard (Susan) Angelone of Wisconsin, Victoria Blessing of Gibsonburg and Margaret Binder of Fremont; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Grace is preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings Joe and Carmen Angelone and Ann "Nina" Price; and in-laws Richard Blessing, Ray Binder, Margaret Angelone and Bob Price. Visitation will be on Monday, January 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Gibsonburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Gibsonburg, on Tuesday, January 22, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church, the Gibsonburg High School Athletic Boosters or to the donor's choice.
