Sharlene Riddle Helblig Stacey November 4, 1946 - February 2, 2013 She was born in Phelps KY, Pike County. Surviving husband, Donald R. Stacey and Sharlene were married on July 29th 1971 in Grundy, Virginia. She has 3 surviving children, Ryan Helblig of Fremont, Lisa (Kenny) Smith of Toledo and Katrina (Deacon) Stell of Fremont; 3 grandchildren, Sgt. Don (Tonya) Wolford of Germany, Amy Wolford of Toledo and Andy Stell of Fremont; 1 great-grand daughter Lysianna of Germany; 2 sisters, Geri (James) Hatfield and Fran (Bill) Shriver both of Phelps, KY; 3 brothers, Raymond (Violet) Ogle, John (Sheila) Ogle and Ray (Tammy) Riddle and many nieces and nephews. Along with all the people that will miss her, she will be missed by her devoted dog, Toby. Preceding her in death are her mother and father. Sharlene became a member of New Life Church on E. Cole Rd. with Pastor Dan Ritter. Although illness restricted her from attending services like she had wanted, Sharlene kept Jesus in her heart and always tried encouraging all to live a Christian life. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral services will be on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Dan Ritter will officiate. Burial will follow at Greensprings Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Memorial Hospital. Sharlene's family would like to Hospice of Memorial Hospital for their amazing care. "These nurses have truly been Angels."
