Eldon "Pater" W. Druckenmiller, 91, of Lindsey, died on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at his home. He was born on August 18, 1921 in Lindsey to Lee and Elizabeth (Fleckner) Druckenmiller. Eldon was a 1939 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. On October 10, 1946 he married Theo Fought in Lindsey and she survives. He was a lifelong farmer and also had worked for the Ohio Turnpike Commission from 1970-1989. Eldon was a member of Lindsey Trinity United Methodist Church and the Farm Bureau. He loved farming his whole life and baling hay, he was on his tractor yet last summer baling hay. Surviving in addition to his wife are children: William (Polly) of Marion, OH, Barb Combs and David (Pam) all of Lindsey; 3 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 9 step-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, a step great-grandson, Trevor Waggoner and sibling, Wayno (Vernon) Hetrick. Visitation will be held on Friday April 26, 2013 from 3-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services will be on Saturday, April 27, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Metheny officiating. Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery.
