Ramiro S. Valle, 79, of Fremont passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Elmwood at the Springs in Green Springs. Ramiro was born in Converse, TX on January 3, 1934 to Conrado and Juanita (Soto) Valle. On April 15, 1961 he married Margarita Villarreal (Perez) in Elmore. Ramiro served in the US Army from 1956-1959. He later worked for Union Carbide in shipping & receiving and maintenance, retiring in 1999. He was also a member of St. Ann's Church in Fremont, the Knights of Columbus, Saint Vincent DePaul and the Guadalupe Society. Ramiro enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling. Ramiro is survived by his wife; children, Monalisa (Randy) Hull of Fremont, James (Lori) Valle of Carlston , MN, and Monica (Serafin) Jacobo of Fremont; siblings, Aurora Madrigal of Toledo, Elizabeth (Guillermo) Garcia of Plymouth, Alfonso (Mary) Valle of Verona, KY., Robert (Amelia) Valle of Gibsonburg, Elida (Angel) Urbina of Snow Hill, NC., Conrado Jr. (Annie) Valle of Taylor, MI. , Ricardo (Maxine) Valle of Orlando, FL., & Ernesto(Yolanda) Valle of San Antonio, TX; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Jane. Services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. There will be a rosary service following visitation with Deacon Rene Gonzalez. A funeral mass will be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jacob Gordon officiating. Burial will be private at St. Joseph Cemetery.
