Robert (Bob) Fellhauer, 83 of Fremont, died on Monday, May 27, 2013 at Riverview Nursing Home in Oak Harbor. He was born on August 3, 1929 in Toledo to Harry and Viola (Nissen) Fellhauer. Bob was a 1947 graduate of Woodville High School. He served in the U.S. Army during peace time from 1955 to 1963 at Fort Bliss in Texas earning a Good Conduct Medal. Bob worked as a laborer at Eveready, a postal carrier for the U.S. Post Office and was owner of Fellhauer Electric retiring in 2010. On June 19, 1954 he married Laurabelle Henry at St. John Lutheran Church in Williston and she survives. He was the former president of NAARF, and former Sunday School Teacher at Faith Lutheran Church in Fremont. Bob spent a lot of his time volunteering at the church. Surviving in addition to his wife, is daughter, LuAnn Fellhauer of Vickery and son, John (Victoria) Fellhauer of Port Clinton; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren;brother, Alan (Rosie) Fellhauer; half-brothers, Dan (Sharon) Liskai and Thomas (Judy) Liskai. He is preceded in death by his parents and half-sister, Carol Dorrow. Visitation will be on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 3-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. A funeral service will be on Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church 10:30 a.m. with one hour of visitation at church prior to the service. Pastor Robert Young will officiate. Burial will follow at Faith Cemetery. Memorials in Bob's memory may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or Hospice of Memorial Hospital.
