Eunice Cooper, 85, of Green Springs passed away at her home on Saturday, July 5, 2014. She was born in Corbin, KY on September 4, 1928 to Rube and Sophia (Baker) Manning. On July 10, 1959 she married Louis W. Cooper in Fremont. Eunice worked at General Electric in Bellevue for 37 years. She was an economical engineer who enjoyed gardening, cooking and taking care of her pets, especially her little Chi Chi. Surviving are children, Larry (Theresa) Eichhorn of Ridgeland, Miss., Cathy (John) Pasch of Fremont, Carol Scherf of Tiffin, and James (Connie) Jones of Fremont; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Nora Blankenship of Batavia and Sophia Foos of KY. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis; son, Dale Eichhorn; and siblings, Margaret Campbell and Carrie Biggs. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 3-7p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Funeral services will be held on Friday at the funeral home beginning at 11:00a.m. with one hour of visitation starting prior to the service at 10a.m. Susann Robitski Zimmerman will officiate.
