Todd A. Blausey, 51, of Tiffin left his eternal life on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky surrounded by his family. He was born on December 18, 1962 to Dale U. and Beverly A. (Berghofer) Blausey in Fremont. Todd attended Fremont Ross High School before going on to be a pipeliner at Plains in Green Springs. He enjoyed golfing, cooking, and going camping. Todd was active in Bettsville's community. He was a member of Sons of the American Legion, the 2nd Commander of the Sons, and American Legion Riders. He married Jeannette Edwards on May 11, 1985 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Fremont; she survives. Todd is also survived by his mother, Beverly A. (Berghofer) Blausey; children, Troy of Goldsboro, NC and Taylor of Tiffin; siblings, Pam (Jim) Rehm of Bucyrus, Urban Blausey, Elsie Blausey, and Eldon Berghofer; grandmother, Leona Berghofer of Bucyrus; and many nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, and infant brother, Scott A. Blausey. A Celebration of Todd's life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Leafy Oaks Campground, Clyde at 12 noon. Memorials may be made to the American Legion, Bettsville or Sandusky County Humanes Society.
