Margie L. (Cooley) Druckenmiller, 91 of Fremont died Tuesday September 16, 2014 at her home. She was born September 11, 1923 in Fremont to Sherman and Earsel (Taylor) Cooley and attended Stamm School and Ross High School. She was a full time homemaker who previously worked as a secretary and bookkeeper. She was active in Grace Lutheran Church as both a teacher and administrator. She served as a scout den mother, a homeroom mother, and on PTAs. Margie enjoyed cooking, embroidery, bowling, playing cards, painting ceramics, and crossword puzzles. She is survived by sons, Richard (Ruth) of Deerfield, NH, Alan (Christine) of Wilbraham, MA, and Kevin (Mary Ann) of Fremont; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Carl Cooley and Benjamin Cooley of Fremont; and sister-in-law Lunetta Smetzler of Tiffin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 71 years, Wayne E Druckenmiller, and a grandson. Visitation will be Friday, September 19, 2014 at Grace Lutheran Church, Fremont from 9-10:30 a.m. with funeral services at 10:30 a.m. with a graveside service at Greenlawn Memory Gardens at 1 p.m. Pastor Jody Rice will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, gifts, or cards; the family requests donations to either Grace Lutheran Church "Brother's Keeper Fund" or to Stein Hospice.
