Gary Lauer

Gary Lauer of Corinth, Texas passed away on April 2, 2016. He was born in Fremont, Ohio to Theda Bergefurd and Harold Laurer on March 1, 1952.

He graduated from Gibsonburg High School in 1970. He retired from the Texas Department of Transportation in 2014.

Gary is survived by his mother, Theda Bergefurd; brothers, John and Mark Lauer; sister, Kathy "Kit" Benefield; nieces, Lisa Sentle and Jodi Lauer; nephews, Brian Benefield and Cory Lauer; seven great nieces and one great nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Laurer.

A Memorial Mass will be held for Gary at St. Michael Catholic Church in Gibsonburg, Ohio on June 4, 2016 at 10:00 am.
