FREMONT: Reva M. Lehman, 98, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Bethesda Care Center, Fremont. She was born on May 1, 1918 in Fremont to Hattie (Schacht) Boyer and Rex Gibbs.
Reva was part owner and operator of the Gables Bar in Fremont. She retired in 1989. Reva was a member of the Moose, Eagles, and the VFW Auxiliary, all of Fremont.
On August 31, 1935, Reva married Claude Parish of Fremont; he died March 11, 1948. Later, she married Dorsey Lehman of Tiffin on May 22, 1965; he passed March 6, 1982.
Reva had two children, Joyce Herr and Jack Parish; both precede her in death. Also preceding her in death are son-in-law, Richard Herr; sisters, Helen Drown and Irene Shaffer; brothers, LeRoy and Dale Gibbs; grandson, Randy Herr; and longtime friend, Al Frey.
Surviving her is daughter-in-law, Sharon Parish of Sandusky; Joyce and Richard's children, Jeff, Chris, Eric, Brad, Aaron, and Nicole; Jack and Sharon's children, Tammy, Todd, Ty, and Toby; and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 9-11 a.m. at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont; where Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. Pastor Ben Wallick will officiate. Burial will follow at Four Mile House Cemetery.
