Lee A. Wolf, 79, of Fremont passed away on Aug. 26, 2016 at Eden Springs, former Elmwood at the Springs, Green Springs.
Lee was born on Mar. 28, 1937 in Fremont to the late Norman I. and Avis Marjorie (June) Wolf. He graduated from Ross High School and, locally, owned and operated his full service gas station at the corner of East State Street and Ohio Avenue in Fremont. Lee labored as its mechanic there for many years. He later moved on and took a position at East Harbor State Park where he worked until his retirement.
As a hobby, Lee loved camping with his family. He will be remembered for the trips in the family's Winnebago RV.
Surviving is his former spouse, Barbara Uline; children Jeff (Sharon) Wolf, Tamara (Michael) Woody, Timothy (Cheri) Wolf, Sheri Pomeroy, Jodie Wolf and Brian (Amy) Wolf; and 17 grandchildren.
Lee is also survived by his siblings Sally (William) Stoner, James (Phyllis) Wolf and Sue Wolf.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Richard and William Wolf.
