Marilyn Hampshire

Marilyn L. Hampshire of Fremont passed away on August 28, 2016 at Bethesda Care Center. She was born on May 5, 1947 to Frank & Marian (Hausman) Hampshire.

Marilyn was a 1966 graduate of  Fremont Ross High School. She worked several places in the Fremont community including Fort Stephenson, Sandco Industries, Kroger and many years at Bonnie & Cy's. She was a member at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Fremont. Marilyn enjoyed spending time sewing, doing word finds, and completing puzzles.

She is survived by her twin sister, Carolyn McClure of Fremont; brother, James (Nelore) Hampshire of Pemberville; sister, Gloria (Kenneth) Root of Lindsey; sister-in-law, Claire Hampshire of Fremont; and many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Hampshire.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m.  at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont on Thursday, September 1st, 2016 where funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. The Reverend Lisa O'Rear will officiate.  Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Episcopal Church.
