My sister, Chelsie Cogar, 21, lived an amazing life because of our parents, Michael D. (Renee) Cogar Jr., Mandy (Rob) Duron; Grandmas, Sandra Cook and Amy Evans; who made sure we had a great childhood. She grew up making the best memories with her siblings, Chasity (Stephen) Carnicom, Daniel Estep, Nolan Garner; her nephews, Kayden and Kolton Carnicom; her cuzzo, Tawnie Michaels; many other family members; and her best friend, Curtice Aldridge.
She was born April 17, 1995 in Fremont, OH and graduated a Little Giant in 2014. She loved listening to music, dancing around, laughing, cracking jokes, and writing. She lived life to the fullest by being goofy, carefree, and spontaneous. She had the opportunity to travel to interesting places with some amazing people. In Chelsie’s short time being here, she made many amazing memories with the people she loved the most. For those of you who wish to say their goodbyes, you are welcomed to see her on Fri., Nov. 18, 2016 at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont from 9-11 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. and burial will follow at Hessville Cemetery.
She’s with our papa, Michael D. Cogar Sr. and great grandma, Phyllis Recny again and they’re flying high.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
