Scott S. Gingrich

Perrysburg resident, Scott S. Gingrich, 59, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. He was born on March 10, 1958 in Toledo to Gerald and Sandra (Sebring) Gingrich.

Scott was a 1976 Gibsonburg High School graduate. He retired from Jeep as a production operator. Scott was a member of the UAW and Sons of the American Legion. He liked to spend his extra time hunting. In his younger years, Scott enjoyed riding horses, but most recently, he enjoyed the thrill of riding his Harley.

Surviving is his daughter, Sarah Gingrich of Johnstown and her boyfriend, Mike Krotzer of Gibsonburg; former wife and friend, Lori Gingrich; brother, Gary (Diana) Gingrich of Gibsonburg; nieces and nephews, McKenna, Scotty, Amanda, Michelle, and Dalton; aunt, Sheila Rahe; and cousins, Tonya Hovis and Trisha (Jody) Germann.

He is preceded in death by his parents; infant sister, Sue; and grandparents, Kate and Glenn Sebring.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 2- 8p.m. at the Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Gibsonburg. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Saturday, April 15th at 11:00 a.m. There will be an additional hour of visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at West Union Cemetery.
